The news article pop-ups on this site are graphic pictures.

The way they are presented on your PC screen is controlled

by settings in your Internet Explorer. The default setting is to

shrink the picture automatically to fit within the Internet

Explorer window. Small pop-up windows will result in unreadable

text. To enlarge the picture to its original readable size you

must move the mouse pointer close to the lower right hand corner

of the picture and pause there. A small icon with arrows will pop

up after a second. Clicking on the icon will enlarge the picture.
