Jaimi has worked in the New Residential Design Center industry for the past twenty years. She has been responsible for sales, operations, showrooms and vendor programs for both Builder-owned and independently owned Design Centers throughout Southern California. As President of Artisan Design Group, she has worked nationally with Builders, Design Centers and Manufacturers servicing the new home industry.

Scott joined ADG in April 2004. During his seventeen years of running national and regional sales organizations for Instrumentarum Inc, he was responsible for strategic planning, expansion and national sales growth throughout the United States. Scott has a BBA double major in Marketing and Management from James Madison University.

Randal has twenty-five years experience in all facets of residential and commercial building construction.  Since his apprentice beginning in new home construction in Houston, Texas; Randal has been a general contractor in California responsible for commercial, residential and hospitality improvements.

Melinda joined the Residential Homebuilding Industry nearly 12 years ago. In that time, she has worked with both national and regional homebuilders in several areas of the business including design, purchasing and estimating. Melinda managed the strategic and operational functions of a $10M support homebuilding products company. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Design for Robert Harris Homes. At Robert Harris Homes, Melinda was responsible for facilitating the overall design, build-out and day-to-day operations of their Design Studio in Atlanta, Georgia.

Candace has over fifteen years experience in both retail and travel industries. Her extensive administrative background and her passion for interior design are vital components in delivering the design experience that will continue to inspire and delight Artisan Design Group clients.

Stephanie joined Artisan Design Group as a graduate of San Diego State University where she received a BA degree in Interior Design.  She is an active member of the International Interior Design Association as well as the National Kitchen & Bath Association. Her dedication to her clients  and the desire to advance the value of Interior Design has made her an invaluable addition to the Artisan Design Group team.

After graduating from the Design Institute of San Diego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Cheyne spent several years in Hospitality Design, including space planning, color design, finish specifications and custom details. As her experience with Residential Design increased, she found herself drawn to the one on one experience with homeowners, helping their vision become a reality.  ADG's unique portfolio of services proved a perfect match for both Cheyne's contract experience and her passion for residential interiors.

Dave is a senior electrical engineer/programmer who has worked in the network communications and aerospace industries over the past 23 years. Dave is responsible for ADG's computers, networks, multimedia displays and the ADG web site. Dave holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from the University of California San Diego. www.lsidave.com

Buster (left) and Brandy (right) joined the company in April 2004. They were adopted at 10 weeks of age from a litter of 12. Both are miniature terriers.
