.... butterfly story Jaimi Julian Thompson President, CEO
As Founder and
President of Artisan Design Group, and pioneer of the National Design
Center Forums, Jaimi Julian Thompson has worked in the New Residential
Home Building & Design Industry for the past 21 years. She has been
responsible both strategic growth and daily operations of builder-owned
and independent Design Centers, including sales, operations, showrooms,
vendor programs and installation. In 2004, she opened the nation's first
Urban Design Studio in downtown San Diego which continues to vanguard
unique design center offerings.
Scott Thompson Vice President
Scott joined ADG in April 2004. During his seventeen years of running national and regional sales organizations for Instrumentarum Inc, he was responsible for strategic planning, expansion and national sales growth throughout the United States. Scott has a BBA double major in Marketing and Management from James Madison University.
Cheyne Tuttle Design Manager
After graduating from the Design Institute of San Diego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Cheyne spent several years in Hospitality Design, including space planning, color design, finish specifications and custom details. As her experience with Residential Design increased, she found herself drawn to the one on one experience with homeowners, helping their vision become a reality. ADG's unique portfolio of services proved a perfect match for both Cheyne's contract experience and her passion for residential interiors.
Melinda Servick National Sales & Marketing Manager
Melinda joined the
residential homebuilding industry nearly 14 years ago. In that time, she
has worked with both national and regional homebuilders in several areas
of the business including design, options coordination/pricing,
purchasing & estimating. Melinda also managed the strategic and
operational functions of a $10M homebuilding support products company.
She was also the Vice President of Design for a regional homebuilder in
Atlanta and was responsible for facilitating the overall design,
build-out and day-to-day operations of their design studio.
Sara Kilburn Director of Sales
Sara Kilburn has
fifteen years experience in sales and marketing and ten years experience
in the interior design profession covering the Home Building,
Commercial, Residential and Hospitality Industries. Whether programming
soft goods for nationally renown resorts or overseeing model
installations for clients such as Toll Brothers and Ryland Homes, Sara’s
drive, vision and work ethic were always highly valued assets by her
clients.
Chandler Trenta Interior Designer, LEED AP
Chandler joined Artisan Design Group after working with Mancini Duffy, a commercial architecture and interior design firm in New York City. In addition to this past professional experience, she gained an appreciation for residential design at an early age by being active in her family’s building endeavors and by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. She graduated with honors from Florida State University with a B.S. in Interior Design. Chandler is a LEED® Accredited Professional, and is passionate about educating others on sustainable design.
Candace Elson Showroom Administrator
Candace has over fifteen years experience in both retail and travel industries. Her extensive administrative background and her passion for interior design are vital components in delivering the design experience that will continue to inspire and delight Artisan Design Group clients.
David Mitteer Information Technology
Dave is a senior electrical engineer/programmer who has worked in the network communications and aerospace industries over the past 23 years. Dave is responsible for ADG's computers, networks, multimedia displays and the ADG web site. Dave holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from the University of California San Diego. www.lsidave.com
Buster & Brandy Company Mascots
Buster (left) and Brandy (right) joined the company in April 2004. They were adopted at 10 weeks of age from a litter of 12. Both are miniature terriers.
